Professional Cadet Training 2009
All Cadets, C/A1C through C/CMSgt, are invited to attend Non-Commissioned Officer School being held at the Fox Cities Composite Squadron in Greenville, WI.
The purpose of this school is to provide cadet NCOs the skills and knowledge needed to lead and teach other cadets. Also by attending Non-commissioned Officer School cadets will have a greater understanding of how a squadron runs, where they fit within the chain of command, and how to be a successful leader.
This weekend activity will provide cadets with hands on training in:
● Drill and Ceremonies ● Instructional Methods
● Inspection and Evaluation ● Communication Techniques
● Counseling ● Writing Memorandums
● Leadership Styles and Attributes ● Psychology of Leadership
● Role of the NCO ● NCO Interaction with Airman and Officer
Cadet Commanders, NCOS graduates, and Cadet Officers are invited to attend Cadet Commander School being held at the Fox Cities Composite Squadron in Greenville, WI.
The purpose of this school is to provide present and future cadet commanders the skills and knowledge needed be able to run the cadet side of the squadron meeting. Also by attending Cadet Commander School cadets will have a greater understanding of how to build a cadet staff, recruit and retain members, and how to provide command unity.
This weekend activity will provide cadets with hands on training in:
● Building a Cadet Staff ● Squadron advancement
● Interpersonal Communication ● Communication Techniques
● Accountability for Others ● Interaction with Senior Members
● Recruiting, Retention & Marketing ● Team Pride & Purpose
● Strategic planning ● Command Unity
Plan accordingly, check in is from 1815 (6:15pm) through 1830 (6:30pm) on Friday June 26th. Pick up will be at 1300 (1:00pm) Sunday afternoon, again from the main parking lot, June 28th.Flying In:Personnel arriving by corporate or member-owned aircraft must have received appropriate flight releases.
