FCCS Headquarters -- 2nd Lt Matthew Koehler and TFO  Monica Bertram were promoted to the grade of 1st Lieutenant in a ceremony held during  the weekly unit meeting on November 10, 2009.  The new Lieutenants were promoted by Major Terrance Schmitt, commander of Fox Cities Composite Squadron.

1st Lieutenants Koehler and Bertram, both former cadet officers, work closely with the squadron's cadet program and are valued members of the unit.  Please join us in congratulating the two of them!
