On 16 and 17 July the Fox Cities Composite Squadron conducted a field training exercise at Calumet County Park.  The Park provided a basic structure with only electricity.   This allowed the participants a valuable opportunity to complete the training with minimal technology; a lap top with preloaded forms and a printer.  Two training scenarios were utilized; a downed aircraft and missing person.   Both missions were accomplished through collaboration between Fox Cities’ aircraft and ground team members.   The training was to last through Sunday; however the threat of severe weather forced the mission to conclude early Saturday evening.   A great team effort was made by all participants at this self funded training mission so thanks to the outstanding IC, Mission Staff, Aircrew, Ground Team Leaders, Ground Team Participants and SET Examiners.  Fox Cities Composite Squadron would like to thank Calumet County Park for their continued support of our training missions.
